Age requirements

If you are under 18, you may browse this website or purchase PeptiUp Beauty products only with the involvement, authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

Children under 13

The PeptiUp Beauty website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed toward children under 13.

PeptiUp Beauty does not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children under 13. PeptiUp Baby and children’s products

PeptiUp Baby and other products intended for children must be purchased, selected and administered by a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult.

The sale of a baby or children’s product does not create a direct commercial relationship between PeptiUp Beauty and the child who may use the product.

Parents, legal guardians and caregivers are responsible for:

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products listed in your order. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund or contact you before processing it.

Promotions, discount codes and special offers are subject to their stated terms, availability and expiration dates.

• Only one discount code may be used per order.
• Discounts cannot be applied after an order is submitted.
• Discounts have no cash value.
• Discounts cannot be combined unless expressly stated.
• Taxes and shipping may not count toward minimum-purchase requirements.

We may modify, suspend or cancel a promotion when permitted by law, including in cases of technical error, misuse or fraud.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days after shipment.

Processing and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Review our Shipping Policy for complete details.

Eligible unopened products may be returned within 30 days of confirmed delivery, subject to our Shipping & Returns Policy. Return authorization is required before sending a product back.

For hygiene, safety and quality-control reasons, opening the retail box means the product is considered opened and used .

Products with an opened, torn, cut, unsealed or otherwise tampered retail box are not eligible for return, refund or exchange, even if the inner product container appears unused.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable. Customers are responsible for authorized return-shipping costs unless the return results from an incorrect, defective or damaged product confirmed by PeptiUp Beauty.

You may use this website only for lawful personal purposes. You agree not to:

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, testimonial or other content, you represent that:

• The content is truthful and reflects your experience.
• You own it or have permission to submit it.
• It does not violate another person’s rights.
• It is not unlawful, abusive, defamatory or misleading.
• Any payment, free product or material connection is properly disclosed.
